Client Liaison Administrator

Purpose To provide a high quality and efficient administrative service as part of the Financial Planning team

Contract type Permanent
* Working directly to one or more designated Financial Planning Advisers
* Be an efficient and friendly point of contact for client phone calls on behalf of the Adviser, dealing with administrative matters arranging meetings and diaries
* Maintain and update FCFP back-office system and controls
* Other duties that may be required from time to time
* Liaise with Advisers on file checks and compliance
* Maintain electronic filing systems for permanent records and filing
* Obtain valuations and policy details from insurance companies and other third parties and produce review documents prior to client review meetings by Advisers
* Liaising with insurance companies and other third parties, downloading application forms from the Internet and completing those forms, submitting applications and monitoring through to completion
Qualifications and experience
* 5 GCSEs at grade C and above including Maths and English
* At least 3 years administration experience, preferably in the professional services/financial services sector
* Excellent IT skills and able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* Knowledge of paperless IFA back-office system is desirable
* Able to deal with a wide range of clients/contacts in a polite and professional manner, predominantly by phone and e-mail
* Comfortable working to continuously strict deadlines and taking ownership of tasks
* Conscientious, accurate, with a methodical and organised approach to work
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, assisting and supporting others in a proactive manner
* Confident telephone manner
* Can-do attitude
* A sense of humour
