Our client requires an experienced and adaptable part time receptionist/secretary to join their busy office in Plymouth.
The successful applicant will be responsible for composing and typing letters along with proof reading and typing up reports.
They will need to ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed appropriately. Day to day reception duties including receiving visitors and telephone calls, organising refreshments where necessary. They will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining filing systems and archiving.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a typing speed of no less than 60 wpm and have prior experience in a similar part time or Job shared role.
The successful candidate will need to be competent using software packages, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Publisher.
