Working for a national retailer at their Head Office based on the outskirts of Plymouth as a Trainer. As the trainer you will need to design and deliver training courses and training materials, to assist in the preparation and undertaking of user and system test plans and update of training courses and materials as required.
This position is initially for a 6 month contract which could then become permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities
" Conduct direct training sessions for all staff on a wide range of software applications and business processes.
" To analyse and record the training needs of all staff within the organisation
" Devise suitable surveys to identify the IT training needs within the organisation.
" To write and update training manuals and hand-outs for training purposes.
" To monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training, assessment and outcomes of courses delivered.
" To provide one-to-one training support as and when required.
" Co-ordinate the administration of training courses, including diary management and database management.

Skills / Attributes Required
" Relevant IT Training experience.
" Experience of designing and delivering IT skills training courses to a wide range of users.
" Relevant experience analysing and documenting complex business processes.
" Relevant experience interacting directly with end users.
