Key Accounts Manager - GERMAN speaking role
Location: UK / client based in Germany
Salary: 60,000 (however a very attractive, negotiable salary will be on offer for the right candidate)

Role Objective:

To develop and ensure the sales growth/ profitability of a high profile account
This will be alongside selected Fleet customer growth accounts throughout Germany/Europe.

Role Profile
Due to the culture and location of the primary client in this role, the successfully appointed Key Account Manager must be a talented Sales Manager and German Speaker.
The successful Key Accounts Manager will inherit and further develop a high profile and prestigious company account. Based in Germany/Europe. You will have a hands-on and visible presence at the various client sites throughout Germany/Europe. The Key Accounts Manager's main effort will be to identify both new and existing business opportunities that increase existing sales volumes, improve profit margins whilst sustaining solid, long-term business relationships with personnel at all levels within the account and their strategic fleet development partners.
As a dedicated Key Accounts Manager you will become an extension of the customer team by providing technical solutions and offering guidance and support in both new product introduction and life cycle products.
Driven, commercially and financially astute, you will have the flexibility to adapt to demanding customer challenges and changes. An experienced and talented commercial negotiator, you will have the proven ability to open high level contract discussions through technical awareness and delivering product sales presentations to your customer.
You will have a natural flare for building strong, long-lasting business relationships that are fruitful for both customer and company. You will have the ability to identify opportunities by upsell and cross-selling products. You will oversee the complete customer relationship from securing new business, maximising potential on existing sales, initiating orders and ensuring on-time product delivery and quality.
Whilst guidance and support is available in this role, you will be given the trust and autonomy to make the sales role your own. In return you will be given the tools to achieve genuine career progression. Requirements

The successful candidate must speak the German language to a proficient/business level.
This role would ideally suit someone who has successfully managed a multi-million pound blue-chip account.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar sales background within a manufacturing / automotive company
Field Sales experience
Experience selling in and across Europe or indeed World-Wide.
You will have a demonstrable background in successful high net worth key account management.
Highly skilled in selling at both Board and grass roots level.
Extensive travel across Europe will be required in this post.
