This is a home based position, with regular travel throughout the UK, & frequent visits to Newcastle)

Working as part of the Domestic Energy Customer Experience Leadership Team, led by the Customer Experience Director to drive development of B2C lead generation strategy, identify appropriate agencies and bodies, drive them to meet the Regional Contracts' needs, and monitor lead quantity and quality.

You will also be expected to optimise B2C sales activity in the field, oversee training and skills development, manage accreditation, and continually enhance the sales model, materials and toolkit.

Key Objectives of the Role are as follows:

* Working with the Customer Marketing and Regional Contract Teams to develop a strategic lead generation plan for each contract, and then designing the tactical delivery of that plan

* Identifying external agencies to support the tactical plans, agreeing the terms of their relationship with our client, and managing their performance in collaboration with the Regional contracts

* Review of the leads generated to ensure that their provenance and generation is compliant with our client's values and that Customers were aware of their purpose, and that their value to us in terms of conversion and cost benefit is aligned to expectation

* Continual engagement with the Regional Sales/Assessor Teams to coach, support, challenge and enhance their sales behaviours and performance

* Ownership of the accreditation process

* Responsibility for the ongoing review of the tools, materials and equipment used by the teams to communicate with, reassure and sell to Customers

Proven extensive B2C experience within the energy/utilities industry is essential.

Must be target driven and have the determination to succeed.

Track record of success in supporting a major business contract, Business Unit or region and/or providing support to a professional function.

Proven managerial and/or technical experience essential.
