Global Market Leader in the Talent Management arena are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to sell their award winning portfolio of innovative solutions into the Blue Chip and Corporate accounts.

Package: 60,000 base with 70,000 OTE.

The Role

As the key account manager you will be developing your portfolio of clients and ensuring that these high end clients remain tied in with the company. You will need to build rapport and be able to maintain it to ensure that the clients will want to come back to your company to use the HR talent software solutions that you provide. You will working with the legal and financial sectors and so being able to communicate effectively and be able to converse with senior ranking directors will need to come as second nature.

The Candidate

You will need to have an understanding of the selling HR software into legal and finance sector. Experience is essential in order to help you hit the ground running although you will receive extra training on the job, however, as you will be selling talent assessment software it will be beneficial in your application if you already have a knowledge of talent assessment. Commitment, drive and passion is what will be needed in order to be successful in this position. The Package
